Tea - Stress & Sleep Aid
A soothing blend of herbs and roots to help stimulate a calm state of being or help induce sleep, by 'Keven.
Ingredients: *Ashwagandha Root, * Valerian Root, *Chamomile Flowers, *California Poppy Leaf, Jasmine Flowers, *Scullcap
Directions: Add 1 teaspoon of tea to a tea bag or strainer and let steep in hot water for no less than 3 minutes.

**lobelia is also known as "pukeweed" or indian tobacco. Ingesting too much will cause nausea so use this tea no more than 3 times a day. It can be fatal in extreme doses so using as tea is a mild a safer way to enjoy the benefits of this herb.
