The Holy Wild Heathen: A Heathen Bible for the Untamed
Ode to Our Wild Feminine Souls
This provocative book invites you to create your own spiritual path based on often-suppressed ancient principles and contemporary practices. Using the elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) rather than traditional patriarchal hierarchies, this “holy book” is designed to connect each individual to their universal — but often denied — powers. Wild woman Danielle Dulsky takes you deep as she explores and embraces sacred feminine archetypes such as the Mother Goddess, the Crone, and the Maiden. Join her as she guides you to envision and explore a world that enriches and supports your spirit, body, and mind as well as our global community and the Earth.
Danielle Dulsky is a heathen visionary, Aquarian mischief maker, and word-witch. Author of Seasons of Moon and Flame: The Wild Dreamer’s Epic Journey of Becoming (New World Library, 2020), The Holy Wild: A Heathen Bible for the Untamed Woman (New World Library, 2018), and Woman Most Wild: Three Keys to Liberating the Witch Within (New World Library, 2017), Danielle teaches internationally and has facilitated embodiment trainings, wild circles, communal spellwork, and seasonal rituals since 2007. She is the founder of the Hag School and the lead teacher for the school’s Flame-Tender Facilitator Training, a five-hundred-hour-level experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), a storyteller, and a dedicant to Irish-Celtic spirituality and mythwork. She believes in the power of wild collectives and sudden circles of curious dreamers, cunning Witches, and rebellious artists, as well as the importance of ancestral healing, myth, embodiment, and animism in fracturing the long-standing systems supporting environmental unconsciousness and social injustice. Parent to two beloved wildlings and partner to a potter, Danielle fills her world with nature, family, art making, poetry, and intentional awe.
