Lemon Peel and Rosemary help wake up your system, and Chamomile and Ginger help soothe your stomach and nervous system. Like the sun in the morning sky, you too can always rise again.
HOW TO USE: Steep 1-2 tablespoons for 10+ minutes. Can be re-steeped. Depending on your preference for how much to use for each brew, you should get around 30 cups of tea from each 3 oz bag.
CONSIDERATIONS + CONTRAINDICATIONS: ALWAYS talk to your doctor before starting a new herbal product. Those with high blood pressure should avoid large doses of Rosemary, and those on blood thinning medications should avoid ginger. If you are allergic to plants in the Daisy family, you may be allergic to Chamomile. Not for use by pregnant persons or those who are breastfeeding.
